Blandine Rannou

This very insightful French harpsichordist has won numerous awards for her artistry. She studied with acclaimed musicians Bob van Asperen and Gustav Leonhardt. Naturally her specialty is Baroque music. Blandine Rannou also teaches the art of basso continuo at Le Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse (The National Conservatory of Music and Dance) in Paris, and harpsichord at Les conservatoires à rayonnement régional (Conservatory of interim regional influence) in Versailles.

In addition to her solo career, she has performed with many ensembles and her recordings have received the coveted "Diapason d'Or" award. Additional awards for her playing include the Musica Antiqua, Bruges Award and Audience Award from Radio Television, Belge.
