 Grreat voices, bootleg quality August 12, 2014 By David S. (Mendenhall, PA) See All My Reviews "Although it is wonderful to hear Kraus and Nucci in their primes, some of the orchestral playing is muffled. More unfortunate is the mediocre quality of the visuals, which are in places so dark the action is unclear. If this is to be your one Rigoletto DVD, choose another. If you wish a fine historical production to add to your collection and can put up with poor recording, this version has compensations in the voices." Report Abuse
