Great Playing! February 9, 2013 By Wendy B. (New York, NY) See All My Reviews "As a Brass afficianado, I looked forward to this album of my favorite composer. I loved the playing , but I think I prefer longer selection than this recording provided. This group has always provided wonderful brass playing and does not fail this time. It is a pleasure to listen to them and it has gone right onto my iPod for frequent listening. I amglad I bought it, but one does always look for perfection of satisfaction." Report Abuse
Crystal Clear Sound  February 7, 2013 By Ellen M. (Jacksonville, FL) See All My Reviews "I attended an Empire Brass concert a few years back, held in a church, where the group was joined by a superior concert organist on a wonderful instrument. This album brings back the quality of that night's concert, blending a superior brass ensemble performance with selected organ accompaniment. The production quality here is excellent and, overall, this is the way the master's music was meant to sound." Report Abuse
