Maestro Yehudi Menuhin. February 21, 2013

We are indeed priviledged to be able to listen to such a gifted and GOD inspired musician. Only 80 years ago we would have been lucky to hear him, or those like him, playing, even once. lou. Report Abuse

Yehudi Menuhin Review January 11, 2013

This is an excellent compilation of the works Mr. Menuhin has performed over the years. EMI Classics has done a respectable job in this assembly of the master's works. Report Abuse

 Menuhin Classics October 3, 2012

Yehudi Menuhin is not a name that means much to those in middle age, but to those of us who are a bit beyond that, he was an icon. I saw him on stage when I was an elementary school child entranced by my first violin lessions, and he's remained a belweather in my musical life since then. This recording shows him at his best, finding nuances in the classics that no one else has found in quite the same way. This is a lovely series of concertos performed by a true master. Report Abuse
