Prokofiev, Always Welcome July 2, 2013 By William Stribling (New York, NY) See All My Reviews "Loved this recording for many years, starting back when it was released on the Musical Heritage Society label. Some gorgeous Prokofiev style and sound here, very well conducted. Like many opera stories, this one may not grab some, but the music is there, plenty to hear. Peter and the Wolf was the first classical music I ever paid any attention to, at eleven. Serge has been one of my guys ever since!" Report Abuse
