...The bassoon concerto is not listed in Grove and "has been only recently rediscovered and somewhat restored", whatever that may mean. The soloist is again very close (you can hear the clicking of his keys) but George Zukerman is certainly very accomplished and gives an excellent account of his part, with especially buoyant rhythm in the finale.
