His appearances on the Voice of Firestone provide an exciting supplement to his well-known commercial recordings.  I can't review this--please see below. November 20, 2012 By S. Phillips (Minneapolis, MN) See All My Reviews "Dear Arkiv Music, 1. This is to be a Christmas gift for a friend, so I won't be opening it. 2. This has never happened in all my years of happy shopping with ArkivMusic. I placed the order on 10/22, expecting within a week-10 days the usual prompt shipping. When nothing arrived, I left a phone message. Then I received an e-mail on 11/4 from Steve, assuring me that it had been shipped and was on its way. To date nothing has arrived, and I'm getting a little concerned as to the DVD's whereabouts! I checked my order history--no info there either, as to location, dates, etc. Please send me a new one. If the first one shows up, I promise to return it promptly! I look forward to having this straightened out so that my friend receives his Christmas gift! Many thanks for your help, Sydney Phillips" Report Abuse
