 Beautiful Spanish Songs March 30, 2012 By Richard  B. (Parma, OH) See All My Reviews "These songs are elegantly sung with great emotion and care, but also with restraint. Sometimes a soprano will over embellish popular songs making them sound more like opera arias. But the balance here is just right. She knows when to be gentle, and she knows when to be strong. The guitar playing shows a similar attention to careful balance. It is very inventive, yet it does not step out of bounds in its role as accompaniment. This is nicely done. If you have heard and liked Spanish songs sung by Montserrat Figueras, Nuria Rial, and Marta Almajano, then you will most certainly the singing here as well. " Report Abuse
