Franz all Boxed-up June 6, 2017 By owen  ryan (lakewood, CA) See All My Reviews "The Emersons were formed while its members were students in Julliard and they have been performing professionally since 1976. They are among the finest quartets currently playing. This three disc set contains three full-length quartets, the truncated Quartettsatz and a quintet with Rostropovich. This is an excellent way to obtain Schubert's late pieces. All very excellent performances." Report Abuse
