A complete Russian performance of the Rinsky edit June 15, 2020 By J. Tatnall (West Grove, PA) See All My Reviews "This is a complete (cuts restored) performance of the Rimsky-Korsakov edition. Major Bolshoi soloists occupy the roles and there is no doubling up of roles as in so many recordings from the 50s and 60s. Ermler has the score firmly in hand, and the sound while not perfectly balanced, is decent." Report Abuse
