This is not only an outstanding Die Frau, but the only recording of the opera on DVD (now or indeed in the likely future). As well as the original CD-quality stereo, the DVD newly offers a six-channel surround sound in the premier DTS format, as well as subtitling in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
