John Rutter's compositions and arrangements are magnificent, and the singers used, including the Cambridge singers, showcase the music perfectly. I bought the collection for one song..."What Sweeter Music," but have enjoyed everything on the album. While the Sweeter Music composition is a Christmas song, the composition and the performance gives me year-round pleasure at its perfection. Rutter's arrangements of other composers thrills and surprises! I would highly recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys choral music, and who, from time to time, feels the need for a peaceful background to soothe personal day-to-day chaos!" Report Abuse
