Something Very Special October 25, 2012 By S. Kowal (Boston,, MA) See All My Reviews "Even better in person playing the Concerto with this orchestra in its US debut in Worcester, Ma last week, October 2012. I suppose the first woman to win the prize since Augerich in 1965 should be something special and is she. This CD well records her talent. Hearing her in person was one of my special piano treat in 50 years of listening. As you can hear her touch contrast it with her strength and articulation and pure warmth and musicality is hard to describe bug wonderful to experience again here. Listen to another pianist after this and compare. Wow. Bravo and a wonderful musical life Thanks for being you." Report Abuse
