Dr. Luc Beauséjour, Université de Montréal, studied harpsichord with Mireille Lagacé and organ with Bernard Lagacé as well as additional studies with Ton Koopman and Kenneth Gilbert. He has received numerous awards including First Prize in the 1985 Erwin Bodky International Harpischord Competition in Boston and grants from the Canada Council and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. His harpsichord performances and recordings are noted for elegance, virtuosity, and expressiveness.
