Beyond mere technical excellence January 27, 2018 By William B. (Kirkland, WA) See All My Reviews "Elizabeth Hainen applies not only her craft and excellent musical sensibilities to the performances on this wonderful album, but also her heart. These challenging pieces are treated with sensitivity and we are treated to an inside glimpse of an intimate appreciation she shares so willingly with her listeners. I particularly enjoyed her performances of the Reinhold, Spohr, Posse, and Parish Alvars selections. Since these are not frequently recorded, it's gratifying the ones we have here are of such excellent quality. This is an album to be enjoyed over and over again." Report Abuse
