Where's my CD? July 24, 2013 By Peter Weltner (San Francisco, CA) See All My Reviews "I never received this CD. I have written Arkiv twice about it. I have been told it was sent from one of its outlets or suppliers once, then again. But neither copy has arrived. I do not know why. I do not think that the USPO was that careless twice, but in any case the response from Arkiv since my second complaint has been silence. This is not good. I cannot write a real review of this CD since I have never heard it. But I hope, maybe, maybe, it might catch someone at Arkiv's attention and get a real response about the missing CD. I like ArkivMusic and have ordered thousands of dollars worth of recordings from it, but I have noted that it handles customer problems slowly and often inadequately. Why? It does not suit their self-image. It mostly just annoys its customers. It needs to be better. A place where one might phone would certainly help. Even the meager responses one does get after a complaint can take days to show up." Report Abuse
