Unjustly Neglected August 18, 2013 By Robert H. See All My Reviews "The music of Wallingford Riegger has always earned the respect of fellow composers, but never achieved the popularity it deserves among classical music lovers. The majority of whom --especially in the USA-- are still unwilling to accept music of advanced styles, preferring the tried and true. But most of Riegger's music is upbeat, very American, and with a little patience on the part of listeners very rewarding." Report Abuse
