Good recording of a familiar work October 29, 2019 By T. Estes (Estes Park, CO) See All My Reviews "I have loved this work by Dvorak for many years, ever since we played it in concert when I was in high school. This recording does it great justice. However, I was a bit surprised at the slower tempos in some spots. That’s only because I have been used to another interpretation for so long and there’s certainly nothing wrong with the way it is done here. If you are looking for a good, clean recording of this familiar work, I would recommend you take a listen to this one. I was also happy with the 180 gram vinyl pressing. For the most part, it is clean and quiet. I often play vinyl these days; somehow it just seems to bring me closer to the work. This is a good format for this piece. Happy listening!" Report Abuse
