Notes and Editorial Reviews

Helge Gramstrup writes: "Whose organ favorites? Mine or the audience's? At any rate mine - and hopefully yours too. Here is a bunch of popular evergreens. Most of them are transcriptions that are first and foremost known as orchestral music. Not a word from me against the abundance of original organ music from Bach to Messiaen that is the stock-in-trade of every organist's repertoire. But this compact disc tries to show the King of Instruments in another, no less charming light. To the organist it is always a delight to play at being the orchestra - in addition he is his own conductor." Helge Gramstrup writes: "Whose organ favorites? Mine or the audience's?
