disappointed March 6, 2017 By EILEEN B. (Littleton, CO) See All My Reviews "I'd love to be able to give a review on the music. It was so beautiful when I heard it on the radio PBS station. Unfortunately, I never received my order. When I got the order detail in an email, the shipping address was my previous address of 4 years ago. Apparently when I'd updated my Paypal info by phone recently, nothing was changed on my account but the phone number. I went ahead and updated the Paypal account address on that site, then went to the ArkivMusic site and changed it there. But that didn't change the shipping address to my current one. I tried several times to find a way to do that on the site but couldn't. So, I tried to call customer service. On hold for a really long time. I gave up and attempted an email through the site. It wanted me to use a Microsoft email and I don't have one. Soooo, tried sending a message through the Facebook site, telling them about my problem, efforts to correct and not having a Microsoft email account to use. The response next morning said only to call customer service! I started to, then thought what the heck. I hope the people at my old address enjoy the music I bought for them." Report Abuse
