(Windham, VT) See All My Reviews "The music is lovely, but, unfortunately, as I've might have expected, the disk has a few defects that I can't correct by careful wiping. The unfortunate part is that Arkiv is not all that great about exchange. The last time this happened, the replacement disk had the same defect as the first disk, and rather than granting that it might be a hassle for me to have return a SECOND defective disk (I live far from a post office) Arkiv made me return the second defective disk too, before they would give me back my money. I consider this very bad customer handling on the part of Arkiv, and I would really prefer not to do business with them on account of it." Report Abuse
