A Youthful Interpretation April 15, 2017 By owen  ryan (lakewood, CA) See All My Reviews "Karajan provides a most sympathetic accompaniment to his young prodigy (age 14). Mutter's performance is polished and smooth, perhaps too much so. In my amateur opinion the performance is somewhat subdued: lacking the sparkle of a Mozart work. But that is just my opinion so take it for what it is worth. I have this in an earlier issue by DG and the audio is not top-drawer. Perhaps this issue as one of the Originals series has improved sound. In any case this is of value as a showcase for this young talent." Report Abuse
