A Little Day Music! September 1, 2012
By Richard F. Buckley (Jefferson Hills, PA) See All My Reviews
"This CD does not feature my usual taste in classical music. I usually favor symphonic fare and seldom feature the lighter stuff, but this CD is an outstanding exception! When I have had my continuous outpouring of Beethoven, Bach, Brahms, et al, I sometimes go for a little break in the tension. This selection is the perfect choice! Offenbach wrote truly entertaining and slightly sarcastic music that is consistently delightful to the ear.If you like an occasional light and fun-filled break in your musical venue, you certainly will be pleased with this selection."
