Historical GemJune 4, 2014By Richard August Rosa (Pound Ridge, NY)See All My Reviews"I rarely buy this type of compilation, but I had meet Mr. Harnick a couple of times when he came to visit the Jerry Bock family for weekends in Pound Ridge. The Bock's were great friends who lived next door!, and I went to school with son and daughter George and Portia. Sheldon and Jerry were always bouncing musical ideas off of whoever was present. It was great fun. Getting to listen to these songs was a great trip down memory lane for me and a wonderful way to hear music left out of shows for one reason or another. I would recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys good listening and a great historic tour of works by two great men, Sheldon and Jerry."Report Abuse
