Mandatory acquisition for CPE Bach fanciers May 17, 2014 By Arthur Leonard (New York, NY) See All My Reviews "These are some of the best recordings from the CPE Bach revival. Although the recordings are old enough that they don't "benefit" from the absolutely latest in "historically informed practice," they are beautifully played by performers who care to be historically accurate within the knowledge of their time. The only thing missing, really, are the large choral/orchestral works in terms of a survey of the composer's output." Report Abuse
