Tremendous Performance May 13, 2012 By D. Stewart (Flagstaff, AZ) See All My Reviews "Finally a Salome that looks the part, sings very well, and very convincingly performs her own Dance of the Seven Vails. Despite the vocal heft of some of her well known competition in this role, she outperforms most of them as an actress, and manages the vocal hurdles very well if a little thin on top at times. The Orchestral support from Sinopoli is perfect. This is the recording that I will come back to ahead of the others." Report Abuse
