Ries is a master March 2, 2013 By Pierre B. See All My Reviews "Ries' piano quintet is a gem. A pity that Beethoven is the only master of the early 1800s to be played. He was not in a musical desert. The Nepomuk Fortepiano Quintet must persevere. Ries' piano quartets are simply wonderful, and I suppsed that many other composers are still to be unearthed."  Special and Enticing June 12, 2012 By Anthony G. (Valley Stream, NY) See All My Reviews "This CD may reveal , as it has for me, a new galaxy of little known celestial music and under appreciated composes. It is breathtaking in its complexity and in the sublime emotions it induces in the listener. Ries and Limner tantalize us with their undeserved neglect as the great composers they are. " Report Abuse
