| What's an ArkivCD, you ask? It's a CD that is no longer available from the original record label, reissued under license by ArkivMusic. We have spent countless man-hours unearthing these titles and bringing them back to life. Vast numbers of recordings have dropped out of circulation over the years (no doubt including many of your own bygone favorites), for no better reason than a bean-counter's whim. Even with 8,000 titles in our ArkivCD catalog, our effort is ongoing, with thousands more to mine. |
