Rossini’s first full-length opera, which was premiered at the Teatro del Corso, Bologna, in 1811. This release, marking the first time the work has appeared on video, presents a live 2001 production from the Teatro Comunale di Modena under the direction of Carmine Carrisi. 135 minutes, color, stereo, with optional Italian, English, and French subtitles. Playable in all regions.
