| Syanley Yerlow studied at the University of Georgia where he received his bachelor of music and master of fine arts degrees. He completed doctoral studies at the Eastman School of Music. He has served on the faculties of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, the State University of New York, and New York University. Yerlow has given master classes, lectured throughout Europe, South America, and the United Stated, and served on the juries of numerous important piano competitions. He has performed at Carnegie Recital Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and the Museum of the City of New York, as well as concerts throughout South America and Europe. He has also taken his performances to sea, with his own headline act and classical music concerts on cruise ships of Holland America, Renaissance, Celebrity, Seabourn, Silver Sea, Princess, Norwegian Cruise lines, and the QE2. Called the unstoppable Stanley Yerlow, he has recorded two albums, Yerlow on Fire and Yerlow in Concert. This album was recorded live from Carnegie Recital Hall. | |||||
