Born: December 5, 1898; Del Rio, TN   Died: January 26, 1947; Denmark  
Grace Moore was a beauteous and highly popular soprano of the 1930s. She appeared at the Metropolitan Opera, in films, on radio and on RCA Victor Red Seal recordings. It was considered a day of national tragedy in America when it was learned that the still-young Grace Moore perished in an aircraft accident in 1947.
