In the popular music field, he has worked with such diverse artists as Marvin Gaye, Dionne Warwick, Chaka Khan, Maureen McGovern and Tommy Tune. As a jazz pianist, he assisted Dick Hyman in the first performances of his ballet “Piano Man” with the Cleveland Ballet.
