This compilation of unpublished works by Bach, Bruckner, Elgar, Shostakovich, and Stravinsky, presents the debut recording on Fidelio Records of Choeur de Métal - an 18 piece professional brass and percussion choir. Founded in 2004, the ensemble is comprised of some of the best young professional musicians the Province of Quebec has to offer. Conducted jointly by Alain Trudel and Jean-Michel Malouf, the musicians in the ensemble show their many talents, from lyrical flexibility and warmth of sound to the unmatched power of brass instruments.
