Some of the greatest performances of opera's biggest legends are included on this excellent compilation. GOLDEN VOICES OF THE CENTURY is a collection of rare clips starring such opera luminaries as Joan Sutherland, Franco Corelli, Jon Vickers, and Maria Callas. All of the footage is stellar, from Rosa Ponselle's 1936 screen test for CARMEN to highlights from Maria Callas's landmark 1964 performance of TOSCA at Covent Garden.
